No pets - I am allergic to pet hair. If there is evidence of a pet in your rented unit, you will be charged a minimum $500 per month pet fee, plus any additional cleaning, including carpets and/or pet damage. Other people with allergies may be coming in after you so please respect the No-Pet policy.
Smoking and candles are not permitted. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of the No-Smoking policy.
